Minimum order: All custom orders have a $150 minimum.

Bulk orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due once the plan is set, before design work begins. The remaining balance is due in full before shipment.

Small orders: A $150 minimum spend applies. These orders include 2 free samples of your choice, valued up to $20 each (2 samples per order).

​

Turnaround: Timelines depend on your event date and how soon you need your order. Most custom orders take 2-3 weeks from the time the plan is set, including design, proof revisions, and your approval, followed by production and shipping. Rush orders may be available for a rush fee of 20% of the order total: design, revisions, and proof approval take up to 1 week, then production and shipping. The rush fee is non-refundable. Delays in approving proofs or paying invoices will push back your timeline. Please share your event date when you inquire.

Proofs and approval: Your proof is sent with your invoice. Please review every detail carefully: spelling, dates, names, colors, sizes, quantities, and placement. Production begins only after you approve the proof in writing. Once approved, the proof is final, and VP Print House is not responsible for errors in an approved proof.

No refunds on custom work: Custom and personalized orders are made just for you and are final sale. They are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started.

Production flaws: If your order has a production flaw that does not match your approved proof (such as an ink or stitching flaw), email vpprint.house@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If approved, we will remake or replace the affected items. This is our only remedy for production flaws.

Shipping and delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, VP Print House is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control, or for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any claim for loss or damage in transit must be filed with the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, VP Print House's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
