Logistics Policy

VP Print House ensures reliable tracking for all shipments. Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding custom bulk runs. Standard delivery takes 5-10 days naturally depending on location and carrier efficiency levels.

Strict Custom Policy

Because custom prints are unique to your brand, all personalized sales are absolute. We do not provide credits for sizing errors or design choices made by the client. Replacements only apply to physical shipping damage or ink flaws.

Order Tracking

Once your vibrant package leaves our facility, you will receive a digital tracking link. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Shipping fees are always final.

Returns & Refund Policy

7-Business-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 business days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and completely free of stains, spills, or smells.
Exclusions: No returns on jewelry, bags, accessories, custom prints, or sale items.
Refund Method: Store credit only. No cash, debit, or credit card refunds.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in unique cases approved by management.
