These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vpprinthouse.com (the "Site") and purchases from VP Print House ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Customization

We make custom printed, embroidered, and engraved products. Each item uses one decoration method (printing, embroidery, or engraving); methods are not combined on the same piece unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Colors, sizes, and placement may vary slightly from on-screen images due to screens, materials, and handmade production.

2. Your Content

When you submit names, text, images, logos, or designs, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful content. You grant us permission to use that content solely to produce your order. We may decline any order at our discretion.

3. Personalization Accuracy

Please review spelling, dates, sizes, and other personalization details carefully before ordering. We produce items as submitted and are not responsible for errors in information you provide.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed at checkout through our website platform (Wix) and its payment providers. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability, and will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

5. Shipping

Orders ship within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after shipping, depending on location and carrier. We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• No refunds and no exchanges. We do not offer cash, debit, or credit card refunds, and we do not exchange items.

• Store credit only: eligible returns receive store credit.

• Return window: returns must be started within 7 business days of delivery.

• Condition: items must be unworn, with original tags, and free of stains, spills, or smells.

• Final sale: custom and personalized items, jewelry, bags, accessories, and sale items cannot be returned.

• Return shipping: customers pay return shipping unless the error was ours.

• Damage or defects: if your item arrives damaged in shipping or with a production flaw (such as an ink flaw), contact us at vpprint.house@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we will work with you on a replacement.

7. Marketing Messages

If you sign up for email or SMS messages, you agree to receive marketing communications as described in our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; use the unsubscribe link to opt out of emails.

8. Intellectual Property

Site content, original designs, photos, and text are owned by VP Print House or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VP Print House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site.
